Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at kisanspices.com The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. General information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in India. Any shipments outside of India are not available at this time.

3. Shipment processing time

We will arrange for shipment of your placed order. Your ordered product(s) will be shipped from our own stores/ warehouses located in India.

We try to deliver you the ordered product(s) within 2 to 10 business days from the receipt of your order, depending upon the address for delivery you have provided. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. However, in certain situations we will not be able to deliver within 2 to 10 days. Any extraordinary delay would be intimated to you separately via an Email.

Kisan Spices reserves right to cancel any order, if the delivery location is blacklisted in our delivery system – amount paid by the customer will be duly refunded.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping and handling rates are informed to you at the time you check out, before you confirm the order.

We deliver free of cost when your basket is or above the value of Rs 500. If the value of your order is under Rs 500, then there is a shipping charge as applicable.

Cash on Delivery options is not available.

Please note that based on the product, its size, type, volume, packaging and other considerations; shipping and handling rates may change.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

kisanspices.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. When we ship your order, you will receive an email with all the shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier’s website to trace your order. Find your tracking details with your order details in the “Order Status” section of your “My Account”.

7. Damages

kisanspices.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
